Matt is the founder of Patchwork World, and the project manager of The Real Way Down. He has a passion for development and relief work and has worked for several NGO's, including CARE International, Mondo Challenge and The Honeypot. Matt is committed to developing Patchwork World over the coming years, and believes it will become an important tool in progressing development work worldwide.
Phil Wright
Phil specialises in human rights issues and conflict resolution. He is an active campaigner working in Israel and the West Bank. After having recently studied for a Masters in Development and Emergency Practice, Phil is keen to pursue his passion further with this project. He will also be responsible for the filming and editing of the project having worked for several years as a professional camera operator and editor.
Cindy Cao
Cindy graduated in Journalism in Brussels and obtained a Master's degree in International Relations in the UK. Through her work for an NGO based in Paris, she gained field experience in France, Cambodia, Burkina Faso and Togo. After a short project in Cambodia with the Global Campaign for Education, she joined the Real Way Down team. (Her portfolio)
